Some time ago, we contributed €20,000 to help make s’Obrador a reality. This project, filled with love for the land and the people, has grown, but now it needs a marmite to take the next big step. With this equipment, they can improve production, create new and delicious products, and make the work easier for everyone involved.

👩🏼‍🍳 s’Obrador began as a shared kitchen, a dream led by APAEMA to provide organic farmers with a space to transform their surplus harvests into jams, cakes, and chutneys, which they then sell at local markets. More than just a kitchen, it’s a place where new opportunities are created for farmers and where a more sustainable business model is promoted.
