We are supporting a project by the Association of Local Varieties, which aims to achieve successful long term agricultural management by producing crops best adapted to our weather conditions and soil characteristics. It is a project with strong benefits to nature, which also holds sentimental value.

The Seed Bank project supports the concept of Food Sovereignty, defined as the right of people to decide over agricultural and farming policies and the production of local food.
