The project assists local farmers in purchasing and planting native fruit trees such as carob, almond, apricot, and olive—species that have long defined the island’s landscape and way of life. Each tree is carefully maintained, enhancing biodiversity, improving soil health, and helping to preserve the island’s rural identity.
